What is our delivery policy?
Note: Refunds cannot be processed until 20 business days from your order request.
If we fail to provide you the exact status you purchased, you will be entitled to a full refund (For Example: If you purchase Delta Platinum Status and we provide you with Delta Gold you will be entitled to a full refund) AND 50% off any future order.
If we fail to provide you status within our processing time of 20 Business days you will be entitled to a full refund if you so choose AND 50% off any future order.
If your status ever disappears during the time in which we guaranteed it would be in your account, you are eligible to receive a full refund AND 50% off any future order.
Refunds when you aren't eligible under our money back guarantee policy.
If you aren't eligible for a refund under our money back guarantee policy unfortunately we cannot honor your request due to the rapid processing of orders.
